Coaches Code of Conduct baseball 2018
We require all SCMB coaches to be City of Swift Current “Safe Place” youth certified as of April 1st-2017. If you are planning on coaching any level of ball for our association, from T-Ball to Midget, please print off the form and take it to the city detachment of the RCMP. If filled out correctly there will be no charge to you. Our intent is not to scare off any potential coaches, but to protect the most vulnerable person, the player. If you have the Safe Place certificate, we will need a copy to check the database. Your division head will be in touch with you to insure that it gets done. Any questions or concerns please get in touch with the division heads that you would be coaching for.

The AGM and Awards Night will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at 5:30PM in the banquet room at the Credit Union Iplex. Our event sponsor will be Innovation Credit Union. Tickets will be available for purchase from any SCMBA board member or coach.
Nominations end Friday, August 12, and can be sent to any SCMB Board Member.

We also added to 2017 Sask Baseball coaching requirements for your convenience. We will be accepting coaches applications until Feb.10th 2017. congratulations to the Pee Wee and Bantam Indians on advancing the the Western Canada Baseball championship. The Pee Wee Indian will represent us at the Western Canada Pee Wee AAA championship in Saskatoon August 11-14. They advanced to the Westerns by winning silver at the Sask. Provincial championship held in Regina July 29-31. The Bantam Indians will represent us at the Western Canada AA Bantam championship in St.Albert. They advanced by winning the Provincial Bantam AA championship at home July 29-31. Good luck to both teams!
Our Rally-Cap lead by director Dawn Robertson enjoyed the great night at the SC Indians game! As well our Pee Wee house teams joined the Rally-Cap division to celebrate another great year of
minor baseball in Swift Current!
